a commitment? BodyWorks of Morgan Hill's additional services are the answer!
Introductory Personal Training Package
Our introductory packages allow you to sample BodyWorks of Morgan Hill's services
without making a big commitment.
As with the personal training service
for singles or couples, your trainer will design a custom exercise program to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, reduce body fat
and increase muscle tone, increase muscle mass and strength and improve sports conditioning.
You'll gain the knowledge, motivation, and confidence you need to achieve the results
you have been looking for.
Includes a fitness assessment.
Quick Start 30-minute Session
Quick Start is designed for clients who are deconditioned and cannot tolerate an hour-long
training session.
After 2-4 months of 30-minute sessions, you'll be strong enough and have enough endurance
to complete the hour-long sessions.
Quick Start is also for those individuals who just don't have an hour to spare.
We'll put you through a full-body workout, including warm-up and cool down stretching in just 30 minutes.
On Your Own
Work on your own, without a personal trainer. For pre-approved, experienced clients only.
Cardio Add-On
You receive a key to the BodyWorks of Morgan Hill facility and may use the cardio equipment at-will.
